I heard it through the grapevine

A recent e-mail from Civic Voice was headed "Save Our High Street - call to action".

Looks like the looters heeded the call. Most of the looted shops are the villains in Civil Voice's roll call of shame. Acres of mobile phone shops and sports shops whose only sport appears to be ripping off the punters.

Big High Street names, big only in crap service and shabby stores. 

Witnessing the recent scenes you'd be forgiven for thinking the punters were getting their own back.
